Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 11 March 2026
Our Commitment
Insikra is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone by applying relevant accessibility standards and best practices.
Conformance Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. WCAG 2.1 AA is the recommended level of conformance for web applications and covers a wide range of recommendations for making web content more accessible.
We also comply with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), which establishes common accessibility requirements for products and services across the European Union, effective from 28 June 2025.
Accessibility Features
The Insikra platform includes the following accessibility features:
- Keyboard navigation: Interactive elements are designed to be accessible via keyboard. Skip navigation links are provided on key pages.
- Screen reader support: Semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and live regions are used throughout the platform to ensure compatibility with assistive technologies.
- Color contrast: Text and interactive elements are designed to meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
- Responsive design: The platform is fully responsive and usable across all screen sizes, from mobile devices to large desktop displays.
- Reduced motion support: Animations and transitions respect the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query, reducing or eliminating motion for users who prefer it. - Focus indicators: Visible focus indicators are provided for all interactive elements to support keyboard and switch access users.
- Text scaling: The interface is designed to support browser text scaling without loss of content or functionality.
- Accessible color themes: Dedicated accessibility themes are available, including protanopia-safe, deuteranopia-safe, tritanopia-safe, and high-contrast options.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas are actively being improved:
- Some complex data visualizations may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We are working on providing text alternatives and data tables for all charts and graphs.
- Third-party integrations embedded within the platform may not meet our accessibility standards. We work with our partners to improve their accessibility where possible.
We are actively working to resolve these limitations and welcome feedback on any accessibility barriers you encounter.

This accessibility statement is reviewed and updated at least annually, or whenever significant changes are made to the platform. We conduct regular accessibility audits using both automated tools and manual testing with assistive technologies.
