Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Insikra platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Insikra is a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables organizations to extend and observe their software integrations. The Service provides tools for managing integrations, monitoring data flows, and collaborating within organizations.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
To use the Service, you must:
- Create an account with accurate and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others.
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Be at least 16 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by other users you invite to your organization.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Upload, transmit, or store malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users’ access to it.
- Use the Service for any purpose that is fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Insikra and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use the Insikra name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent.
6. Data Ownership and Processing
Your data belongs to you. You retain all rights, title, and interest in the data you upload to or create within the Service (“Your Data”). We do not claim ownership of Your Data.
We process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell, share, or use Your Data for advertising purposes.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process Your Data as necessary to operate the Service and provide features you request.
7. Free Tier Limitations
The Service may be offered with a free tier that includes certain limitations, such as:
- Restrictions on the number of organizations, users, or integrations.
- Limited storage capacity and data retention periods.
- Reduced access to advanced features.
We reserve the right to modify free tier limitations at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before making changes that materially affect your use of the Service.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. For the free tier, the Service is provided on a best-effort basis without any uptime guarantee.
We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will provide advance notice of scheduled downtime when practicable.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, Insikra shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
- Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
- Service interruptions, errors, or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Insikra in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or 1,000 SEK, whichever is greater.
10. Termination and Data Export
You may request termination of your account by contacting us. Upon termination:
- Upon request, we will provide your data in a commonly used format and delete your account within 30 days.
- Data that must be retained by law will be kept in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, subject to providing reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy the violation where practicable.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden. If you are a consumer within the EU, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any material changes take effect, via email or a notice within the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request termination of your account by contacting us before the changes take effect.
